Our primary aim is to provide a service to our veterans, their families, and the community. We are a Post where we treat our fellow comrades with the respect that we wish to receive ourselves. We are developing a Post that provides a family atmosphere where our comrades and their families can gather and have a little fun. A place where member's spouses, clergymen, teachers, and in fact, anyone who has a right to use it will never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.

Of course, there will be a few that have a beer when we gather, but this would not be out of character with a backyard BBQ. We want to get our families together at times so we can grow together as a group, for camaraderie, and the good of the Post. We will become an extended family to each other (i.e., "sanctify our comradeship by our devotion to mutual helpfulness", Constitution of The American Legion).

Our members should remember that one of the basic purposes of The American Legion is to maintain law and order. Even if some are willing to overlook infractions, you can be sure that the public, as well as many of our own members, won't be. If you see a problem, contact the Commander so he/she can address the issue immediately. We will grow and prosper to the mutual benefit of our comrades and community. We will pursue common goals to become an organization that our community is proud of, and our members are proud to be a part of. If this is what you want from a veterans organization, then please join us. Become part of a group that believes in family values. Help us make the decisions that will follow the dreams we have for our Post. Help us fulfill your dreams of what our Post should be.
